摘要
SOS/umu原位致突变试验与经典的致突变性短期筛选方法相比,能在现场以1.5L/min的小流量对气态和颗粒态空气污染物的综合致突变效应进行直接检测,从而克服了样品采集、转移和提取过程中一些短活性或活性易变的致突变物及某些中间产物失活、丢失而导致结果不准确。本文利用这一新技术对我国常见的室内空气污染物香烟烟气、生活燃料燃烧烟气、蚊香烟气及汽车尾气的致突变活性进行了测试,结果均有直接致突变性。SOS/umu原位致突变试验简便、灵敏、结果可靠,适用于对室内空气污染致突变性的检测和评价。
SOS/umu site mutagenesis test can be used to detect synthetical mutagenic effects of airborne pa- rticles and gasses as well as vapors directly on the spot, comparing with Prior to mutagenic test which usually show incorrect results because of lossing or inactivity of some mutagenic agents in process of collection, translation and extraction of samples. The mutagenic activity of cigarette smoking, dom- estic fuel fumes, mosquito-repellent incense and automobile exhausts were detected. The results suggested that the test is convient, sensitive and useful for detection of mutagenic effects in indoor air pollution.
