摘要
提出了一种基于DSP的蓄电池容量性能测试仪的设计方案。以DSP为核心,多种控制模块为主要结构,用于测试蓄电池的容量、寿命及配组等相关指标。其中,充放电模块采用线性方案,高精度数据采集采用DSP内置A/D芯片,实现高精度测量,符合国标对蓄电池的测试要求。可为研究分析和改善使用的蓄电池性能和寿命提供科学依据。该仪器可单机,也可通过RS-485进行组网测试,具有较好的市场应用前景。
A design scheme for battery capacity performance tester was proposed with DSP as thecore and various modules as the main structure to measure battery capacity, life and distribution group index. The charging and discharging module took a linear scheme with DSP built-in A/D chip for the high-precision data acquisition. Thus the high precision measurement could be realized in accord with the national standard for battery test requirements. And it could provide the scientific basis for research and improve the battery performance and life. Further, it could be controlled alone or through networking by the RS-485 with a better market prospect.
