圆网印花机错花在线跟踪调速技术的研究

摘要 介绍了一种采用闭环控制的圆网印花机错花在线跟踪调速技术,完成印染错花纠偏功能。通过图像传感器动态采集印染前花回标记,获得图像误差,然后经过控制器分析运算,输出控制信号,实现对花调节。同时,在线采集印染后的花回标记,反馈对花效果,进行二次补偿。在60m/min印染速度下,对花精度达到±0.8mm。实现了印染对花的智能化控制,提高了印染产品的质量和生产效率。 An on-line closed-loop tracking speed control technology of rotary screen printing machine was introduced,to rectify the deviation of printing. Image sensor gathers the pattern on-line for getting error signal. The controller runs the corresponding function of the error signal to get control signal, realizing dynamic adjustment. Meanwhile,image sensor collects the pattern dynamic after printings, then use the feedbacking register precision to achieve second time-sharing compensation. At the speed of 60 m/min, register precision reaches ±0.8 ram. By this way, the intellectualized control of register technology can be realized,improving the quality and efficiency of the printing product.
