摘要
本文运用硫酸铵沉淀、羟基磷灰右处理、酒精抽提、Sp-sephadex C-25阳离子交换凝胶柱及DEAE-Sephadex A-25阴离子交换凝胶柱交换洗脱以及高压液相色谱法进行产肠毒素大肠杆菌(ETEC)耐热性肠毒素(ST)的纯化,从10000ml细菌培养液中获得纯化ST1.05mg。
This article reports the reasearch result of purification method of ST. The precedure of purification included disposition of ammonium sulfate, treatment with gydroxyapatite, extraction with ethnol and purification rude toxin by chromatography on cation exchanger (SP-Sephadex C-25) and anion exchanger (DEAE-Sephadex A-25)and by high perfomance liquid chromatography. 1.05mg purificatory ST. was obtained from 10, 000ml culture kacterial liquid.
