摘要
本文将流行性出血热(EHF)病毒Z_(10)株制成灭活疫苗免疫沙鼠和活毒感染沙鼠这两种方法使沙鼠获得免疫。经一个月后,用EHF病毒野鼠型毒株(A_9、Z_5)和家鼠型毒株(Z_(30)、K_(24))进行攻击,以观察免疫沙鼠对其它EHF病毒株的交叉保护情况。结果表明,经上述两种方法获得免疫的沙鼠,对家鼠和野鼠型毒株的攻击均具有良好的保护作用。
The 2～3 month old Mericnes unguicalatus were immunized using inactivated epidemic hemo- rrhagic fever (EHF) vaccine containing EHF virus Z_(10) and infected using alive Z_(10) strain, After 1 month, the immunized M. unguiculatus were challe- nged with the wild-mouse type EHF viruses (stra- ins A_9, Z_5) and house-rat type EHF viruses (stra- ins Z_(30), K_(4)) to observe immunized M. ungoicula- teas cross protection ability. The results indicated that the M. unguicalaturs immunized by above two method showed the EHF Z_(10) virus strain possessed good protection ability for two types EHF virus.
