摘要
城市社会停车场的规划是交通规划的重要组成部分,它包括多方面的内容。本文首先研究了社会停车场的评价指标,然后在此基础上提出了多层次、多目标的规划模型,并设计了降维逐次逼近法、线性规划及目标规划等相结合的算法,算法在上海市浦东新区社会停车场规划中得到应用。
Public parking area planning,an important part of urban area transport planning,covers many aspects.This paper first discusses the indicators used for evaluation of the public parking area,on the base of which a multilevel and multiobjective planning model is put forward,with combined calculation methods of dimensionality reduction and gradual approximation, linear program and objective programming having been designed. The calculation method was applied in the urban public parking area planning for the Pudong new zone,Shanghia, with good effects
