摘要
利用洛伦兹曲线和基尼系数,分析广西医疗卫生资源配置的公平性;其中人口分布的基尼系数为0.10～0.35,地理分布为0.10～0.55,县域配置的公平性优于城区、人口分布优于地理分布、卫生人力资源分布的公平性较差。应加强医疗卫生资源的投入,调整资源的内部结构,提高医疗卫生资源人口和地理分布上的公平性。
Through the Lorenz curve and Gini coefficient, it analyzed the equity of the configuration of medical resource in Guangxi. The Gini coefficient was during 0.10 to 0.35 in population,and was during 0.10 to 0.55 in geography. The equi ty of the countryside was better than the urban. The equity was better than the geography in population. The equity of the health human resources was worse. The quantity of the medical resource should be increased, especially in the countryside and the structure should be adjusted to improve the equity in the population and the geography.
