摘要
本文主要研究了接触煤焦油及其废气的人员中外周血白细胞介素Ⅱ诱导情况。白细胞介素Ⅱ(IL2)是淋巴细胞产生的一种淋巴因子,在免疫反应中起重要作用,同时它还与爱滋病及肿瘤的发生有关。本研究结果表明:接触煤焦油及其废气的人员,IL2的诱导值明显下降,少数接触者甚至无诱导活性。这是一个应引起重视的问题。
In this paper, induction test of interleukin 2 in the peripheral blood leukocyte of workers who were exposed to coal tar and its exhaustgas, was studied. The result showed that those workers inte- rleukin 2 were low synificantly in values or showed no activity. This is a problem to aroused atten- tion, as the interleukin 2 plays an important role in immunoreactions, it is perhapes associated with the incidence of cancer and AIDS.
