摘要
通过实验室模拟,对一种新型轮缘固体润滑产品—LCF的摩擦学性能进行了评价。结果表明,LCF不仅减摩性能优良,而且也能有效降低摩擦副的磨损率。北京地铁的现场应用试验进一步证实LCF的减磨效果十分显著,是一种极具吸引力的固体润滑产品。
The tribological behavior of LCF solid lubricant for wheel flange under different conditions were studied with laboratory simulation and field trial. Coefficient of friction was recorded, and wear rate was measured with weight loss. The experimental results showed that the LCF could effectively decrease the coefficient of friction (μ) of metal contact independent on load and time basically. Surface asperity of the contact metals was closely in relation with the μ reduction. The field test carried out in Beijing Metro indicated that the wheel flange wear with LCF was much less than that without LCF, and also less than that with an oil lubricant. So LCF could be considered as an attractive solid lubricant for wear reduction of wheel flange.
