摘要
对多种水玻璃砂硬化工艺进行了试验。结果表明 :加热硬化前短时间吹 CO2可以有效发挥水玻璃的粘结效率 ,获得理想的初始强度和终强度 ,是一种切实可行的硬化工艺。分析指出 :成功的水玻璃砂硬化工艺应先少反应。
This technical paper describes the experiments of various waterglass sand hardening processes. The tests prove that blowing CO 2 for a short time before hot hardening can bring the waterglass bonding efficiency into efficient play, and achieve ideal initial strength and final strength, thus a practical hardening process. The analysis points out that the successful waterglass sand hardening technique shall involve less reaction first and forced dehydration then.
