摘要
我们应用中和性McAb对陕西省1979~1988年从病人分离的70株Polio病毒进行型内抗原分析,将32株Ⅰ型病毒分为PI—2(28株)、P1—3(3株)和P1—5(1株)3个类型。27株Ⅱ型病毒分为P2—1(19株)和P2—2(8株)2个类型,11株Ⅲ型病毒分为P3—1(5株)、P3—2(3株)、P3—3(1株)和具有新抗原特征的陕P3—1(2株)4个类型。结果反映了陕西省近10年Polio病毒型内抗原特征类型的分布、变迁及其与疾病流行的关系。
This paper reports antigenic analysis of 70 st- rains of poliovirus isolated from polio cases in Shaanxi in 1979-1988 by neutralizing MCAb. 32 strains of type 1 poliovirus were classified into 3 groups-P1-2(28 strains), P1-3(3 strains) and P1 -5(1 strain). 27 strains of type 2 poliovirus were divided into 2 groups-P2-1(19 strains)and P2-2 (8 strains). 11 strains of type 3 poliovirus were classified into 4 groups. They were P3-1(5 strai- ns), P3-2(3 strains), P3-3(1 strains) and the new antigenic group Shaanxi/P3-1(2 strains). This res- ult indicated the close relationship between the distribution of antigenic groups of poliovirus in Shaanxi in the recent years and the polio epdemic.
