摘要
车辆牌照定位是车辆牌照识别中的重要步骤 ,文章针对车辆图象的复杂背景及非均匀的光照条件 ,提出了一种基于特征的车牌实时定位算法。实验结果表明 ,该算法定位准确率较高 ,鲁棒性较好。
The location of the vehicle license plate is one of the important steps of the recognition of the vehicle license plate.In regard to the complex backgrounds of the vehicle images and the varied illumination conditions,a real time license plate location algorithm is proposed based on the characteristics of the vehicle license plates.The experimental results show that this algorithm is excellent in the accuracy and the robustness.
