摘要
目的探究内科急诊昏迷病人发病的原因及抢救方法,为临床实践中有效治疗方法的选择提供依据。方法由就诊于我院的患者的临床资料中随机抽取100份,并对该部分资料进行回顾性分析。重点分析诊断结果、抢救方法及治疗结果。结果本组研究中100例患者昏迷的原因有急性中毒,脑部原发性病变,脑部继发性病变,糖尿病,其他原因。其中5例患者在急救过程中死亡,10例患者在住院过程中病情突然恶化死亡,总死亡率为15.0%。结论昏迷病人常出现多种器官功能的损害,是一种病死率较高的急症,准确的病因诊断及积极有效的急救措施的实施是该病患者抢救成功的关键。
Objective To explore the incidence reasons and rescue methods of medical emergency coma patients,provide the basis for effective treatment of clinical practice choice. Methods Randomly selected 100 clinical treated in our hospital＇s,and retrospectively analyzed the data,focus on analysis of diagnosis result,rescue methods and treatment outcomes. Results The study of 100 patients caused with acute poisoning coma,brain primary lesions,brain secondary lesions,diabetes,and other reasons.5 patients died during the emergency, [O patients in hospital died during a sudden deterioration in condition,total mortality rate was 15.0%.Conclusion coma patients often appear multiple organ damage,was a high acute mortality,accurate diagnosis and the cause of positive and effective implementation of emergency measures are the key to successful treatment in patients with the disease.
