氟比洛芬酯术毕前给药对术后芬太尼镇痛的影响被引量：1

摘要目的观察氟比洛芬酯术毕前30min给药对术后芬太尼镇痛的影响。方法选择60例择期手术,随机分为2组。A组术毕前30min静注氟比洛芬酯50mg,镇痛泵加芬太尼1mg。B组无用药,镇痛泵加芬太尼1mg。记录患者术后2、5、10、20h的VAS评分及PCA按压次数、不良反应的发生情况。结果 A组术后各时点VAS和24h内PCA按压次数均明显低于B组(P<0.05),2组不良反应发生率低。结论氟比洛芬酯术毕前30min给药增强了芬太尼术后镇痛效果。
