摘要
本文提出了用催化极谱法测定尿中硒的方法,进行了条件试验,建立了最佳测试条件。用国产示波极谱仪进行测定,方法准确可靠,加标回收率为85～102％。在2～100ng硒范围内,导数峰高与硒含量成直线关系。仪器价格低,操作简便,易于推广应用。
A method for the determination of selenium in urine by catalytic polarography was established. Urine was digested with HNO_3-HClO_4 and the re- sidue dissolved in base solution containing Na_2SO_3 and KIO_4. The peak height was determined with oscilloscopic polarograph. The method was accurate, sensitive, and reliable. The coefficient of variation and recoveries at selenium concentration ranging from 2～100ng were 0. 4～7. 0% and 85～102%, re- spectively
