摘要
本文对国内外电子健康档案（electronic health record，EHR）的研究情况进行了分析归纳，介绍了国内外EHR建设的发展过程。通过对国外EHR建设特点的介绍，为我国EHR建设的完善提供借鉴，同时针对我国EHR的建设情况提出改进建议。
Through the review of the research on electronic health records at home and at^road, me author introduced the process of the construction of electronic health records at home and abroad. By comparing the reviews, we sumed up the characteristics of the construction of the electronic health records abroad, so as to provide references to our electronic health records and improvement suggestions for insufficient health records construction in China.
