光动力治疗在呼吸道恶性肿瘤治疗中的应用 被引量：1

摘要 1概述 光动力治疗（photodynamictherapy，PDT）已有4000多年（古埃及时代）的历史。1895年，Finsen和Raab等首次撰文论及光动力学。1960年Lipson制备出血卟啉衍生物（HPD），1年后，他报告15例支气管内肿瘤在注射HPD后产生荧光，5年后，他又首先报告应用HPD测定和处理乳癌。
