摘要
目的:建立血脂康胶囊中的洛伐他汀和洛伐他汀酸HPLC定量分析方法。方法:利用HPLC法,采用YMC-C 18柱(150 mm×4.6 mm,4μm),流动相为甲醇:10 mmol·L^(-1)甲酸铵-0.2%甲酸水溶液(73:27),流速为1.0 ml·min^(-1),检测波长为237 nm。结果:洛伐他汀的线性范围为1.649～9.891μg(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为98.5%(RSD=2.31%,n=6);洛伐他汀酸的线性范围为0.221～1.327μg(r=1.000 0),平均回收率为96.3%(RSD=2.03%,n=6)。结论:本方法专属性强、结果准确、简便可行,可用于血脂康胶囊及其它相关天然他汀类药物的质量控制。
Objective：To develop an HPLC method for the determination of lovastatin and lovastatin acid in Xuezhikang capsules. Method;The chromatographic procedure was carried out on a YMC-C_918）（150 mm×4.6 mm,4μm） column.The mobile phase was methanol-10 mmol·L^（-1） ammonium formate with 0.2%formic acid（73：27） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min^（-1） with detection wavelength of 237 nm.Result：The linear range of lovastatin was 1.649-9.891μg（r = 1.000 0 ） and the mean recovery was 98.5%（RSD = 2.31%,n = 6 ）.The linear range of lovastatin acid was 0.221-1.327μg（r = 1.0000） and the mean recovery was 96.3%（RSD = 2.03%,n=6）.Conclusion：The proposed method is specific,accurate and convenient,and can be used for the quality control of Xuezhikang capsules and other natural statins.
