摘要
脑卒中是人类三大死亡因素之一,具有高致死率、高致残率和高复发率的特点,严重威胁国民生命和健康。因此脑卒中的早期预防-诊断-治疗及预后的功能评估成为降低脑卒中致死率与致残率的关键。血清生物标志物的检测为疾病的临床检查及影像学结果提供了重要参考价值。本文综述了脑卒中生物标志物研究的重要性,以及生物标志物对脑卒中的诊断及预后评估的研究现状。
Stroke is the third leading cause of death and the most frequent cause of permanent-disability.Therefore,early prevention diagnosis-treatment of stroke and functional assessment of prognosis are the key to reduced stroke mortality and morbidity.Blood biomarkers are useful for the management of many diseases and could be useful for doctors by helping them accurately predicte the diagnosis or recurrence of stroke.In this article,we present an overview of the importance of biomarker research and biomarkers for diagnosis and prognosis.
