摘要
在固体悬浮物为主要杂质的条件下,运用水夹点技术对炭素厂用水网络进行分析和优化,构建了浓度间隔表和浓度组合曲线,确定了水夹点位置,获得了最小新鲜水消耗和最大回水用量,该优化水网络较优化前的用水量870吨/小时减少为607.75吨/小时,节水率达到30.1%,同时减少了污水处理量,具有良好的节水减排效应和经济效益。
Under the condition of suspended solids as the main impurities, the analysis and optimization of the water network were conducted with water pinch technology in the carbon plant. The table of concentration interval and the combined curve of concentration were established to determine the location of water pinch,the minimum fresh water consumption and maximum amount of backwater were gained. Comparison to the fresh water of 870 tons/hour of the original water network,it is reduced to 607.75 tons/hour for the optimized water network with relatively water - saving rate of 30. 1% ,while reducing the amount of sewage treatment with good effects of water saving and reducing and economic benefits.
