摘要
DeniteFilter(反硝化滤池)是将生物脱氮及过滤功能合二为一的处理单元,一池多用,兼具除磷脱氮功能。针对TN达标难点,无锡市芦村污水处理厂四期工程深度处理中采用了该工艺,运行中发现,投加理论碳源量时,出水TN不能达标,经分析,是二沉池出水DO及滤池进水DO上升消耗了碳源所致,因此,重新核定了碳源投加量。运行结果表明,增加碳源投加量后出水TN达标。建议通过改进滤池出水堰形状和增加碳源投加精确控制系统来削减碳源投量。
Denite filter (dinitrification filter) is an advanced tertiary treatment facility by combi- ning the biological denitrification and filtration processes in a single unit, being capable of simultaneous nitrogen and phosphorous removal. In order to deal with the difficulties of total nitrogen (TN) removal to meet the discharge criteria, the process is used in the four-stage project of Lucun WWTP in Wuxi City. By dosing the carbon sources in theoretical amount, the effluent TN exceeded the discharge criteria, due to the high excessive dissolved oxygen (DO) concentrations in secondary clarifier effluent and filter influ- ent. After recalculation of the dosing amount, the effluent of the filter could meet the discharge criteria for TN. It is suggested that retrofitting the effluent weir of the filter and equipping accurate dosing control system are helpful to reduce the consumption of the carbon sources.
