摘要
图书的编目工作是图书馆的基础业务。随着编目工作的变革,从联机编目进入社会化编目,图书馆编目员的价值也随着有了很大的变化,为使图书编目人员更好、更快地适应这种编目变革后的工作,对编目社会化后编目员价值作重新的审视与探讨。
The library＇ s work is based on cataloguing. With the development in cataloguing, it changes from the online cata- loging into the social cataloguing. The value of the library cataloguer has changed a lot. In order to make the library cataloguing better and faster, this article studies on the cataloguer＇ s value after the outsourcing cataloguing ser- vices in a further way.
