摘要
为了实现电动客车有效利用电能、减轻自身质量、合理优化布局和降低成本等目标,对电动客车技术现状做了分析,提出了一种电动客车空压机和转向油泵复合机组,即采用一台电机同时驱动气压制动系统的空压机和动力转向系统的液压油泵。运用底盘优化布置、负载检测主动适配控制、动态优化设计和防震隔振控制等技术进行设计,通过能耗对比、动态性能、零部件匹配性和控制系统可靠性等试验,结果表明,具有减轻整车质量、节省成本、降低能耗和方便布置等特点。
In order to use electric energy effectively,reduce mass cf bady as well as optimize layout reasonably and reduce cost of electric bus, the technology status of electric bus has been analyzed.And a composite driving set with air compressor and steering pump used for electric bus has been proposed i.e. one electric motor is applied to drive air compressor for pneumatic braking system and hydraulic pump for power steering simultaneously.The optimal layout of chassis technology,the active adapting control technol- ogy based on load detecting,the dynamic optimum design, technology and the anti-rattle and vibration iso- lating technology have been used to design the composite driving set.After some tests such as energy con- sumption comparison,dynamic performance test as well as matching ability test for parts and reliability test for control system,the result indicates that the set is characterized with alleviating mass of complete vehicle, saving cost, reducing energy consumption and convenient arranging.
