摘要
个性化就业指导,是教育工作者根据学生个性特点和社会职业需要,帮助学生规划职业发展、提升就业能力,进行合理的职业决策,以实现学生毕业后充分就业为目标而实施的有组织有计划的教育实践活动。通过对广东省高校就业指导现状的调研,发现高校就业指导存在着过于同质化、一致化,缺乏针对学生个性特征的分类指导和服务,指导效果不理想等问题。当前要做好高校就业指导工作,就要从高度重视,形成相关制度和机制,确立"以生为本"的就业指导理念,设置全程化的大学生就业指导课程体系,打造高素质和专业化的就业服务师资队伍,创造条件,发挥学生获取就业指导知识的主动性,建立信息畅通的网络等方面来加强高校个性化就业指导。
Based on the different characteristics of college students and the various occupational demands in the modern society The personalized employment guidance is a kind of organized and planned education practice taken by the employment guidance staffs in colleges and universities. This kind of practice helps the students plan their own career development, improve their employability and make a reasonable career decision to realize the full employment of college students. By the survey on the employment guidance current situation of the colleges and universities in Guangdong province, this article reveals some critical problems, such as the shortage of employment guidance service based on the different characteristics of students, and the unsatisfactory effects of employment guidance. To solve these problems, the writer puts forward that we should strengthen the personalized employment guidance in colleges and universities. Therefore, with the concept of "Student-centered", the employment service centers in colleges and universities should not only attach the importance of the personalized employment guidance, establish the related mechanism and whole-coursing curriculum system for it, improve the quality and ability of the teachers, but also create the related conditions to motivate students to learn more knowledge about the career plan, and build an open and smooth information network.
