摘要
社会资本是组织或个人在某种行动范围和价值导向内,通过社会关系间的互相交往而形成的一种社会网络关系,从而实现组织或个人目标;在社会资本视域下,大学生就业力指大学生在职业网络关系构建过程中所表现出的个人核心竞争能力,具有独立自主性、技能通用性、环境适应性和可持续发展性等特征;提升大学生就业力的基础是积累多层次的社会网络资源,关键是搭建全方位的社会资本整合平台,同时要营造良好的社会资本运行环境,增强社会资本分配的协调性。
Social capital is the organization or individual in a certain range of action and value orientation in social relations, through mutual communication and the formation of a network of social relations, so as to realize the organization or individual goal; in the view of social capital, the employment ability of college students in network refers to the University student occupation relationship in the process of constructing displayed by individuals with core stand on one＇s own competitive ability, has the versatility, skills, adaptability to the environment and the sustainable development of college students; employment ability of college students is the basis of the accumulation of the multi-level social cyber source, the key is to build a full range of social capital integration platform, at the same time to create a good social capital operation environment, enhance social capital allocation coordination.
