摘要
目的:总结脊柱后凸畸形患者行腹腔镜胆囊切除术(laparoscopic cholecystectomy,LC)的临床经验及手术方法。方法:回顾分析2009年10月至2011年10月为11例脊柱后凸畸形患者行LC的临床资料。结果:11例手术均获成功,无腹腔出血、腹腔脓肿及胆漏等并发症发生,患者均治愈出院。结论:合理选择病例,理性选择手术时机,熟练掌握腹腔镜操作技巧,为脊柱后凸畸形患者行LC是安全、可行的。
Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy LC in kyphosis patients. Methods ：The clinical data of 11 patients suffered from kyphosis who underwent LC from Oct. 2009 to Oct. 2011 was analyzed retrospectively. Results：All the operations were successfully performed without abdominal abscess and abdominal bleeding, bile leakage or other complications. Conclusions ： LC is safe and feasible for patients with kyphosis through reasonable choice of cases, rational choice timing of surgery,laparoscopic operating skill proficiency.
