摘要
目的:探讨经脐单孔腹腔镜手术诊治异位妊娠的安全性及可行性。方法:回顾分析2010年1月至2011年9月采用经脐单孔腹腔镜手术诊治35例异位妊娠患者的临床资料。结果:35例均成功完成经脐单孔手术,无一例中转开腹及常规腹腔镜手术。手术时间平均30 min,术中出血量平均20 ml。术后无持续性异位妊娠、脐疝、出血、感染等并发症发生。结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜手术诊治异位妊娠安全、可行,美容效果较好,术后腹壁无瘢痕,值得进一步推广和应用。
Objective：To explore the safety and feasibility of the ectopic pregnancy via single incision transumbilical laparoscopic surgery.Methods：The clinical data of 35 patients with ectopic pregnancy who underwent single incision transumbilical laparoscopic surgery from Jan.2010 to Sep.2011 was analyzed retrospectively.Results：35 cases of surgery were successfully completed without convertion to three holes laparoscopic and laparotomy.Average operation time and average blood loss was 30 min and 20 ml resepctively.There was no complications of persistent ectopic pregnancy,umbilical hernia,postoperative bleeding,infections occurred.Conclusions：It is safe and feasible to make a diagnosis and give treatment to ectopic pregnancy via umbilical cord.In the meanwhile,it is worth popularizing with the advantanges of good cosmetic results and no scar.
