摘要
目的:探索经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的操作方法及手术技巧。方法:回顾分析98例经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术的临床资料。结果:94例成功施行经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术,1例因阑尾根部坏疽穿孔中转开腹3,例因放置引流管增加戳孔行常规腹腔镜阑尾切除术。手术时间15～90 min,术后无出血、粪漏等并发症发生。结论:经脐单孔腹腔镜阑尾切除术美容效果突出,但与传统腹腔镜阑尾切除术相比,操作难度增加,应用改进的操作方法及手术技巧可降低操作难度,手术时间明显缩短。
Objective：To explore the operation methods and surgical techniques of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods：The clinical data of 98 patients who underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic appendectomy was analyzed retrospectively.Results：Of all the operations,94 cases of transumbilical single-port laparoscopic appendectomy were implemented successfully,1 case converted to laparotomy because of gangrene perforation,3 cases of conventional laparoscopic appendectomy were performed due to increased drainage tube.The operation time was 15-90 min,there were no bleeding,fecal leakage and other complications.Conclusions：Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic appendectomy has better outstanding cosmetci results and more difficult operation compared to convetional laparoscopic appendectomy.The operation time could be shorten obviously by the use of improved operation methods and surgical techniques.
