摘要
饮食文化是旅游餐饮业发展的灵魂支撑。延边拥有丰富的朝鲜族饮食文化资源,不仅为民族餐饮发展带来了不竭动力,也丰富了延边旅游文化资源。但延边朝鲜族饮食文化和企业文化培养不够完善,延边饮食文化旅游资源开发不成体系,民族餐饮业难以进行品牌建设,延边文化旅游特色明显却不被旅游者深刻体会。从而应提高延边旅游产品的服务质量,促进各民族之间饮食文化交流,弘扬延边朝鲜族饮食文化,拉动延边民族餐饮经济发展,形成延边地区支柱性产业链。
Food culture is the spirit of tourism catering. Yanbian is rich in Korea nationality food culture resources which not only provides endless energy for the development of ethnic catering but also enriches Yanbian's tourism resources. However, the food culture and toursim in Yanbian lacks systematic development and brand construction. We should improve the quality of tourism service, promote ethnic catering interactions, propagate Yanbian's Korea food culture and faeiliate the development of Yanbian;s catering industry.
