摘要
试验表明:向心流式和周边式二沉池有明显的缺陷,幅流式乃是比较符合混合液活性污泥絮凝与沉降特点的流态。实践证实:混合液的澄清取决于活性污泥的絮凝。二沉池中进行絮凝的非压缩区,其污泥浓度一般小于进水浓度,不利于污泥絮凝。由此,发展了二沉池新工艺:絮凝——沉淀系统,其澄清能力比传统幅流式有明显的提高。
It is indicated by the experiments carried by the authors that in various circular secondary settling tanks, either centripetal flow or peripheral inflow-outflow tank has obvious defects, but the radial flow tank has a flow pattern which comparatively conform to flocculating and settling characteristics of mixed liquor suspended solid of activated sludge. Investigations have also proved that the clarification performance of mixed liquor depends on flocculation of activated sludge. In the non-compression zone of the secondary settler where flocculation is underway the sludge concentration in non-compression zone is generally lower than that of influent. This situation is disadventageous to flocculation of activatde sludge. Therefore a new ' flocculating-settling system ' is developed, and it is obviously more efficient than traditional radial-flow secondary settler.
