摘要
目的:通过对成都市一级一类幼儿园学龄前儿童牙齿滴涂氟保护漆,观察其防龋效果。方法:近两年来由我院参加年度体检,已接受或未接受2次/年滴涂0.1%氟保护漆防龋的两所幼儿园,分别为实验组和对照组,两年人数分别为1606例和1565例,女童与男童的比例约为1:1.1,入园年龄多在2.5～6岁。结果:实验组从患龋率、龋失补牙数、龋均、龋失补构成比情况与对照组进行比较,各项均好于对照组,特别是龋齿发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:幼儿园和医院协作搞好口腔卫生健康宣教,定期使用氟保护漆防龋,能在预防乳牙龋上发挥明显作用,可有效减少学龄前儿童龋齿的发生。
Objective To observe and find out the effect of fluoride protection paint for preventing tooth caries of preschool children. Methods Take two sample groups from two kindergartens,one with 0.1% fluoride protection paint treatment twice a year and another without such treatment.Both groups were made up of preschool children at 2.5 to 6 years of old and the ratio between girls and boys was about 1：1.1.The number of group one in the experiment was 1606, and group two was 1565. Results Group one showed much better performances in DMF, DMFT and DMFT indexes. The DMF of group one,especially,is less than 0.01,much lower than that of group two. Conclusion A closer cooperation between kindergartens and hospitals is needed to promote the application of fluoride protection paint for preventing tooth caries of preschool children to guarantee the dental health of preschool children.
