摘要
目的:探讨眶隔脂肪重新分布去眼袋的术后疗效。方法:取下睑缘切口,于眼轮匝肌下剥离,至过眶骨缘1～2mm,剪开眶隔,将疝出脂肪展开平铺于下睑,颧面沟明显者将脂肪固定于鼻侧眶骨膜下,少数脂肪过多者去除部分脂肪,剪去一条眼轮匝肌,缝合眼轮匝肌,去除多余下睑皮肤,缝合皮肤,加压包扎。结果:本组67例眼袋改善明显,颧面沟亦改善明显,术后无明显并发症。结论:该方法是去除眼袋、改善颧面沟过深的理想术式。
Objective To research postoperation effect of subperiosteum lower blepharoplasty Methods Adopt the lower eyelid margin incision,strip 1-2mm beyond to the margin of orbital bone under the orbicularis oculi,scissor the orbital septum,unfold the fat hernia,and lay it flat on the lower eyelid,fasten the fat to the nasal orbital subperiosteum in somecases with a obvious nasolabial sulcus,remove the excessive fat in few cases with too much fat,cut off a strip of orbicularis oculi,then seture the orbicularis oculi,remove the needless skin of lower eyelid,seture the skin,bandaging it with pressure. Results Not only eyebag can be get rid of,but also nasolabial sulcus can be flatten fold obviously in 67 cases of this group,there is no obvious complication afert surgery. Conclusion This method is pefert one of lower blepharoplasty and flattening nasolabial sulcus fold.
