摘要
目的:建立以高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定参苏口服液中橙皮苷含量的方法。方法:采用Waters-symmetry C18(WAT054275,5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm)色谱柱,流动相为甲醇-醋酸-水(35∶4∶61),流速:1 ml/min,检测波长为283 nm。结果:橙皮苷在0.073 56~1.103 4μg浓度内,峰面积与浓度呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 9);加样回收率为96.91%~98.31%,RSD=0.53%(n=6)。结论:此方法简便、快速、准确、重复性好,可用于参苏口服液的质量控制。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of hesperidin in Shensu oral liquid with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Methods: HPLC was carried out on Waters-symmetry C18(WAT054275,5 μm,250 mm×4.6 mm) column with methyl alcohol-acetic acid-water(35∶4∶61) as mobile phase,and the flow rate was 1 ml/min.Detecion wavelength was 283 nm.Results: The calibration curve for hesperidin was linear in the range of 0.073 56~1.103 4 μg(r=0.999 9).The average recovery was 96.91%~98.31%,and RSD% was 0.53%(n=6).Conclusions: This method is simple,quick,accurate and reproducible for quality control of Shensu oral liquid.
