摘要
目的探讨经内外侧联合小切口入路治疗儿童肱骨髁上GartlandⅢ型骨折的疗效。方法手术治疗GartlandⅢ型儿童肱骨髁上骨折47例,采用内外侧联合小切口入路显露内髁及外髁,复位后交叉克氏针固定。结果 47例均得到随访,时间6个月～2年,骨折均愈合。参照Flynn标准评定肘关节功能:优39例,良5例,可3例,优良率为93.6%。结论经内外侧联合小切口入路治疗儿童肱骨髁上GartlandⅢ型骨折创伤小、出血少、术后并发症少,疗效满意。
Objective To investigate the applications and the therapeutic effects of bilateral small incisions in opera- tive treatment of Gartland type Ⅲ humeral supracondylar fracture in children. Methods 47 patients with Gartland type Ⅲ humeral supracondylar fracture were treated by operation. Crossing K-wire fixation after reduction was per- formed through bilateral small incisions. Results A total of 47 patients were followed up for 6 months to 2 yem＇s. All fracture were healed. The results were excellent in 39 cases, good in 5, and fair in 3 cases;and the excellent and good rate was 93.6% according to the Flynn standards. Conclusions The treatment through bilateral small incisions provides good results, which has minimal trauma, little blood loss and few complication.
