CTA在颅内动脉瘤破裂并出血中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨64层螺旋CT血管造影(computed tomography angiography,CTA)在颅内动脉瘤破裂并急性出血中的诊断价值及对治疗的指导作用。方法:对28例怀疑动脉瘤破裂并出血的患者行CTA检查,在明确诊断后直接行介入治疗或手术夹闭。结果:28例患者共发现34个动脉瘤,19例行介入栓塞治疗,9例行手术治疗,CTA对动脉瘤形态、分支及与临近结构关系的显示与手术所见及DSA的显示基本一致。结论:CTA具有快捷、安全的优点,在动脉瘤破裂并急性出血期可作为首选检查方法,直接指导临床进一步治疗。
