急性白血病患者外周血中CD4^+ CD25^+ Foxp3^+ Treg细胞的表达及临床意义 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨急性白血病患者治疗前后外周血CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg细胞的变化及临床意义。方法:应用流式细胞技术分别对40名健康成人和92例急性白血病初诊患者治疗前后外周血CD4+ Foxp3+ 、CD4+ CD25+ 、CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg细胞表达水平进行检测。结果:CD4+ Foxp3+ 、CD4+ CD25+ 、CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg细胞在健康成人和急性白血病患者外周血中都有表达。急性白血病初诊患者外周血中CD4+ CD25+ Treg细胞的比例较对照组稍有增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);CD4+ Foxp3+ 、CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg细胞的比例均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。急性白血病两种亚型ALL、ANLL间,以及ANLL中的四种主要亚型(M2、M3、M4、M5)患者外周血中表达均无明显的差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,患者外周血中CD4+ CD25+ 、CD4+ Foxp3+ 、CD4+ CD25+ Foxp3+ Treg细胞比例明显高于治疗前和对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:CD4+ CD25+ Tregs可能是急性白血病患者免疫抑制并导致肿瘤免疫逃逸的一个重要原因之一。
