摘要
徐霞客是我国明代中后期伟大的旅行家,凭布衣之身,一生旅行,踏遍了除四川外当时的两京十二布省,在当时的条件下能够完成这一壮举相当伟大。以往研究均认为,徐霞客出游多简装而游,随性而游,旅行生活艰苦。本文从旅伴、旅行所带东西、交通工具、盘缠来源、向导等方面考察,试图再现一个400年前旅行家的旅行生活,同时对以往认为徐霞客出游简装而行的观点进行修正。
Xu Xiake is a great Chinese traveler in the later period of the Ming dynasty. As a commoner, Xu visited every corner except Sichuan province, which was such a remarkable feat under the hard traveling conditions. Previous studies showed that Xu’s journey was random with no certain direction and plain outfits. This paper tries to depict a picture of a traveler’s traveling life 400 years ago based on the inspection of companions, equipments, traffic tools, expenses source and guides, and intends to revise the previous ideas of Xu’s travel with simple equipments.
