摘要 人类免疫缺陷病毒（Human Immunodeficiency Virus,HIV）属反转录病毒的一种,该病毒主要破坏CD4＋T淋巴细胞,当CD4＋T淋巴细胞数量持续减少至一定水平时,机体免疫系统缺陷,最终发展成为获得性免疫缺陷综合征（Acquired Im-mune Deficiency Syndrome,AIDS）,
