摘要
本文在鼠疟原虫红细胞内期间接荧光抗体试验中,选用不同的固定剂(福尔马林,多聚甲醛,甲醇和丙酮)和自然干燥法固定抗原片,其中以多聚甲醛、福尔马林和丙酮等固定剂和自然干燥法效果较好,甲醇固定剂效果较差。多聚甲醛固定的虫体所显示荧光特异,呈蜂窝状和圆圈状。抗原片分别保存在4℃与～20℃冰箱内,原虫抗原性均可以保存3个月。
This paper deals with the effects of different fixatives for erythrocytic stages of rodent plasmo-diutn on indirect fluorescent antibody test.Antigen slides fixed by formalin, paraformaldehyde, acetone, and air dry presented good results. Especially parasites fixed by paraforma'.dehyde showed specific fluorescence, i. e., ring form and bee hive-shaped fluorescence.Antigen slides stored at 4℃ and - 20℃ remained reactive throughout the experimental period of three months.
