血液输注与脱离输血依赖在异基因造血干细胞移植中的研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的评价接受异基因造血干细胞移植(allo-HSCT)患者移植期间红细胞(RBC)和血小板(Plt)输注需求的影响因素。方法回顾性分析接受allo-HSCT患者的血液制品使用情况。结果 79.7%的患者在移植后6个月内脱离了输血依赖。无关供者组脱离输注时间明显延长(P<0.05),HLA不全相合组脱离输注时间亦明显延长(P<0.05)。与淋巴瘤和骨髓增生异常综合征患者比较,白血病患者移植后脱离输注时间明显缩短。与相关供者组比较,移植后60 d无关供者组需要更多的Plt输注(P<0.05)。结论尽管移植后中性粒细胞快速植入,但无关供者组Plt恢复时间明显延迟。如何降低无关供者和HLA配型不合供者为来源的移植输血成本值得进一步探讨。
