摘要
在满足定子曲线应使叶片具有良好的运动和动力性能的基础上 ,提出了流量均匀的定子曲线的设计方法。达到了轿车用转向泵转速高、噪音低、流量脉动小的要求 ,为定子曲线的设计提供了新的思路和方法。
This paper describes a new design method for cam ring of power steering pump. This method has the advantages of good dynamic response and small ripple. It can meet the demands of high speed, quiet operation, and constant flow.The validity of this design is verified in noise measurement and continuous running test.
