摘要
目的观察采用血小板单采去除术对各种血小板异常增多患者临床疗效和治疗前后血液黏滞度变化。方法使用德国费森尤斯血细胞分离机对各种原因引起血小板患者进行血小板单采去除,观察采后患者血小板计数变化,治疗前后临床症状和血液黏滞度变化。结果采集后患者血小板明显下降后黏滞度降低,临床症状缓解,统计学有显著意义。结论采用费森尤斯血细胞分离机,应用血小板单采去除能安全有效治疗异常血小板增多,不良反应较轻微。
Objective To discuss the effect of clinical application of platelet apheresis in the thrombocytosis patients and to observe it＇s hemorrheotogy.Methods Platelet apheresis was done in 20 patients with Fresenins（com..TEC） blood cell separator,The clinical effect and laboratory hemorrheology were analyzed.Results After therapeutic platelet apheresis,Clinical symptoms and signs of patients were improved significantly,platelet counts of patients decreased markedly（P0.05） and the hemorrheology indexes were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment（P0.05）.Conclusion Platelet apheresis with Fresenias blood cell separator is important for rapidly safely improving clinical symptoms and effective method in the treatment of thrombocytosis patients.
