摘要
针对目前OPC数据采集技术在实际工业应用中存在的不足,分析了OPC跨平台通信的实现方法,并结合嵌入式技术提出了基于Windows CE平台的OPC数据采集方案,研究了嵌入式OPC数据采集技术的实现方法,完成了基于OPC DA规范和OPC XML DA规范的数据采集系统的设计与开发工作,并且通过对所设计系统的测试,验证了方案的可行性。
Aiming at the problems of OPC data acquisition technology existing in the current industrial application, it analyzes the implementation of OPC cross- platform communication, introduces an OPC data acquisition method based on embedded OS Windows CE. Based on the embedded technology, it proposes a new OPC data acquisition method, develops a data acquisition system with OPC DA and OPC XML DA. The testing result proves that the method is a new data acquisition approach and has a great industrial application prospect.
