新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀及机采血小板联合运用治疗产科DIC疗效观察 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析了新鲜冰冻血浆和冷沉淀及机采血小板联合运用治疗产科DIC的临床疗效;方法我院于2010年到2011年共收治产科DIC患者40例,所有患者在保持有效循化血容量的基础上采用新鲜冰冻血浆、冷沉淀联合机采血小板实施治疗,对治疗效果进行分析。结果与治疗前2h比较,治疗后24h的凝血酶凝固时间(TT),凝血酶原时间(PT),激活的部分凝血活酶时间(APPT)以及纤维蛋白原(Fbg)等指标比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于产科DIC患者补充凝血因子可明显提高患者的凝血机制。
