摘要
目的回顾性分析结肠粘液腺癌的CT表现,提高术前诊断。方法比较分析30例结肠粘液腺癌的CT表现及病理结果。结果 30例患者均有异常CT征象,其中表现为肠壁增厚的有19例,肠腔内肿块5例,肠腔外肿块6例,周围系膜增厚的有25例,20例病灶出现低密度囊性灶。结论肠壁增厚,囊性低密度灶及肠外系膜增厚是结肠粘液腺癌的主要CT特点。
Objective To improve diagnosis of colonic mucinous carcinomas by analysing its CT characteristic features. Methods CT features and its pathologic correlation in 30 cases of colonic mucinous carcinomas were reported. Results The main characteristic CT findings in 30 cases included ：local bowel wall thickening in 19 cases,intraluminal cystic masses seen in 5 cases, extraluminal cystic masses were seen in 6 cases, mesenteric thickening in 25 cases, cystic low density lesion were seen in 20 cases. Conclusion Local bowel walhhickening, cystic low density lesion and parenteral mesangium thickening are the main characteristic CT featu res of colonic mucinous carcinomas. Which are different from comm on colonic carcinomas.
