摘要
电力系统的安全稳定和线路本体的安全运行是影响架空线路输送能力的主要因素,在分析风速、日照环境温度、导线温度等对线路载流量影响的基础上,得出结论,即气象边界条件对导线载流量的影响较大,当环境温度、日照强度、风速条件放宽时,线路载流量增加;并且指出,当实时、准确地测量导线温度及线路所处环境的微气象条件,用来计算线路载流量,并严格遵守制定动态增容的安全判据时,即可安全有效地实现线路的动态增容;同时,说明了动态增容系统的构成。
Safety and stability of power system and safe operation of lines are major factors influencing transmitting capacity of overhead lines. On the basis of analyzing impact of wind speed, sunlight, ambient temperature and conductor temperature on line ampacity, the paper draws a conclusion that the meteorological boundary condition has great influence on conductor ampacity; the ampacity increases when conditions such as ambient temperature, sunlight intensity and wind speed are relax- ed. It is also pointed out that real-time measurement of conductor temperature and local micrometeorological condition for ampacity calculation and strict abidance by safety criteria for dynamic capacity-increase can safely and effectively achieve dy- namic capacity-increase for lines. In the mean time, constitute of dynamic capacity-increase system is explained.
