摘要
针对孤网运行时功率不平衡导致电网频率波动大的问题,提出在电网侧和机组侧2个方面进行频率稳定控制。为此,分析和研究了在电网侧采用低频减载、联切装置、高频切机装置进行控制的控制方法和策略;在机组侧强调调频控制要考虑机组的容量和调节范围、机组的控制方式及一次调频参数。目的在于提高孤网运行时的安全性和供电可靠性。
Aiming at frequency fluctuations in power grid caused by unbalanced power, the paper presents frequency stability control at grid side and unit side. Therefore, control methods such as low-frequency load reduction, intertripping devices, over frequency generator tripping devices are studied and analyzed; for the unit side, it is pointed out to consider capacity and regulating range of unit, control mode, parameter of primary control, for the purpose of improving safety and power supply reliability in operation of isolated power system.
