摘要
为提高车用压缩天然气(CNG)发动机的性能,设计了采用单电控单元(ECU)控制的CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机燃气供给系统,研究了空燃比控制、密度补偿及燃料切换的控制策略,并进行了发动机台架及整车试验。结果表明,采用单ECU的CNG/汽油两用燃料发动机,其性能指标均优于采用主从式双ECU控制的两用燃料发动机。
To improve the performance of compressed natural gas (CNG) engine, the gas supply system of CNG/gasoline dual-fuel engine with a single electronic control unit (ECU) was designed, the control strategies for air/fuel ratio, density com- pensation and fuel switching were studied and the bench and vehicle tests were carried out. The results show that the dual-fuel engine with a single ECU excels the dual-fuel engine with the master-slave control ECU.
