摘要 在1999年8月17日,国家质量技术监督局制定发布了《原产地域产品保护制度》;1999年12月7日及2000年1月20日,国家质量技术监督局先后发布实施强制性国家标准《原产地域产品通用要求》、《绍兴酒》。2000年1月30日,浙江绍兴酒申请原产地域产品保护获得了国家质量技术监督局的批准,成为我国第一个原产地域保护产品。在我国进入WTO的关键时期,实施原产地域产品保护制度,加快了与国际接轨的步伐,
