摘要
研究了猪革生产中,以新的酶脱毛法代替灰碱法脱色消除石灰和硫化物的污染。主要研究了与酶脱毛法相配套的猪革生产工艺路线,以及酶脱毛工艺中生成成革松面和粒面毛孔扩大的主要原因,最终建立了猪皮酶脱毛的新工艺,采用新的酶脱毛工艺,不仅可以完全消除硫化物和石灰的污染,而且可以生产出质量较好的猪革产品。
The new enzymatic unhairing technology for pig leather making was reseached instead of sulfide unhairing in order to eliminate the pollution of sulfide and lime.The technology routes of making pig leather matching with enzymatic unhairing were studied and established.The reasons for causing loose grain and enlarged hair holes during pig leather making with enzymatic unhairing were reseached.Finally,the good new technology of producing pig leather basing on enzymatic hairing was set up.The application of the new technology not only eliminate the polloution of sulfide and lime,but also can produce vary kinds of pig leather with good quality.
